GS-Fulfilment respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially.

Personal data we process

GS-Fulfilment processes the data received through contact requests in order to handle those requests correctly.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@gs-fulfilment.nl and we will delete this information.

Why we process personal data and on which legal basis

GS-Fulfilment processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To call or e-mail you if this is necessary to provide our services.
• To inform you about changes to our services and products.
• To give you the option to create an account.
• To deliver goods and services to you.
• GS-Fulfilment also processes personal data when we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax returns.

Automated decision-making

GS-Fulfilment does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement (for example, an employee of GS-Fulfilment). GS-Fulfilment uses the following computer programs or systems:

How long we keep personal data

GS-Fulfilment does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected. We process the following (categories of) personal data:

• The region you are browsing from
• The IP address of the device you use to visit our site
• The type of device you use to visit our site
• The browser you use
• The duration and frequency of your visit

Sharing personal data with third parties

GS-Fulfilment only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

GS-Fulfilment only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. Accessing, amending or deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing, to object to the processing of your personal data by GS-Fulfilment, and the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@gs-fulfilment.nl.

To make sure the request for access was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and, for Dutch documents, the citizen service number (BSN). This protects your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.

GS-Fulfilment takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
