Delivery from the Netherlands: next-day across the border.
Eindhoven sits in the south of the Netherlands, next to the A2 and A67 motorways and thirty minutes from both the German and the Belgian border. That location is the whole point: your EU customers are close, and the carriers collect from us late in the evening.
A cut-off at 23:59 changes what you can promise
Most fulfilment operations close in the afternoon. Ours runs into the night, so an order placed at eleven in the evening still leaves that same night. For your customer that is the difference between ordering on Sunday evening and having it on Tuesday, or having it on Monday.
It also gives you room on your product page. A delivery promise is only worth making if the warehouse behind it can keep it.
Where your parcels go
Netherlands and Belgium. Next-day delivery on orders in before the cut-off.
Germany. Usually next-day. We are close enough that German parcels behave like domestic ones. Note that selling into Germany brings its own packaging registration, which we explain in EU rules for UK sellers.
The rest of Europe. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. We pick the combination of price and speed that fits your product and your promise.
